So, people want regulation. But the constitution gives an inviolable right to bear arms.
However, does it give an inviolable right to bear bullets? No!
So the solution is as follows. All bullets have a 10,000,000% VAT applied to them. Each one must be Lazer engraved with a unique barcode identifier.

I don’t think carjackers are bad people. Let me justify that real quick: we jacked their cars because we had to, for the safety of this neighborhood and the prosperity of our community. We can’t have any strange person driving through if you’re not from here like you own the place. We have a reputation, we’re proud of who we are, we represent for our community. If you drive through this neighborhood in a fancy car like you think you’re better than us, we’re gonna jack that shit right up, and put some bullet holes in that chest. We’re just God fearing Christians. Back in the day, when we saw evil on the battlefield, we killed it. Some folks need killing!
