well I got to thinking. because of the river runoff with the fertilizer shit, there are low oxygen zones in the seas along the coasts where only jellyfish can proliferate. Of course the Chinese are capable of eating them, but I wondered, is there jellyfish jerky selling out there. And there is, to a limited extent, but not generally around the world. It's one of those future foods you might consider for cheap protein if you don't want to eat crickets.
