We are going to get so dangerously close to being a fascist state, but I have faith that we will never get there. We're going to get so close that it's going to come down to one split decision that if altered could send us on that path, but it's not going to, because the decision will steer our course away from that.
And quite frankly, why does the federal government even give two rat's asses about transgender people when they barely even making up a large portion of the population. I'm willing to bet the number of actual sexual deviants and pedophiles greatly outweigh the number of transgender people.
