Curable:
HIV: No ❌HPV: No ❌
Gonorrhea: Yes ✅
Syphilis: Yes ✅
Donovanosis: Yes ✅
Chlamydia: Yes ✅
So it's down to HIV and HPV. Which is the worst STD?
HIV: Attacks the immune system, flu-like symptoms, progresses to AIDS if untreated. Used to be a death sentence but now it's very treatable. Work on a cure continues.
HPV: Common virus, many strains, often asymptomatic and passed without either partner knowing. Can't kill you usually except if you get cancer from it. BUT it does cause gross warts on the hands, face and genitals. And, there is no cure for it. You have it for life even if the warts go away and you have to tell your future partners you have an STD.
However HIV has more stigma attached to it and if you don't live in a Western country you may not have access to medical treatment. Therefore, HIV is the worst STD.

There's a vaccine for HPV. There isn't a vaccine for HIV only antiviral meds. HIV ends people lives in horrible ways without good constant modern health care. HPV just needs creams and gel's for the warts and screening for cancer (diff virus that gives warts and giving cancer BTW)
Unless you have warts already most HPV goes away

yes but the vaccine isnt 100% effective and if you have hpv once its not curable so even when it "goes away" you have to (well u morally should) tell ppl you got a std lol
