I have had difficulty dealing with this in the past. What do you do when you do something embarrassing or people around you want to make you feel ashamed of something?
I have given this problem a lot of thought, and after long quiet deep reflection into the deepest part of my soul, I have found the answer. The solution for how to deal with shame is that, essentially, when you do something embarrassing, you have to do something that’s so much worse everyone forgets about the last thing you did.
If you come to class with your fly undone, the next day, you’ve just gotta come in with a sword and slice up the place. I’m not advocating for school shootings that’s very bad, and if you do that, you are bad, you should be ashamed, and feel bad about it. I’m just saying, bring a katana to work. Take a sword with you through TSA. There is no rule about this.

Maybe consider more embarrassing things other people have done
For example, my friend disregarded her pottery teachers instructions and blew up the very expensive kiln and all of the other students final projects

@previous (Kook !!rcSrAtaAC)
Blowing up a kiln in high school would elevate you to the highest social level as a teenager. That's nothing to be embarrassed about.
