Topic: Should automobiles be banned?

Just imagine how great it would be to live in a society with no automobiles. We could walk or ride a bicycle anywhere we needed to go, and communities would flourish with vibrancy when people were forced to actually interact with each other on the "sidewalks" (I say that with quotes because technically in a world with no roads, they wouldn't be sidewalks, they would just be walking paths).
