Some fuckhead hit my car when it was parked up. Left a huge mark of their paint on the body of my car. It seems like I can scratch their paint off, but it's really difficult. I don't wanna respray that section (too hard and I'd probably fuck it up). Is there some way to just scrape off the paint this idiot left? Maybe some chemical could break it down or something. Don't know.

Pour polishing paste onto that spot, take a fine cotton or micro fiber piece and start polishing... it'll go down pretty easy...
