Fake accent, like when the joker in line at the checkstand decides now is the best time to bust out an "Australian" one since the next 5 people in line can't go anywhere.

I can pick out a few of their regional accents. I know what it isn't. It isn't Liverpool.

I watched it. He's talking in a weird voice on purpose but I can hear hints in his words which suggest he's from the midlands (especially audible when he says "twenty-five"), so maybe Wolverhampton or something.
