Why? It's rare to ever be conscious of it. And now that you know what it is, it won't be frightening if you ever do notice it

Sleep paralysis isn't scary, it's awesome. I enjoy it and every now and then when I'm patient enough purposely reach it.

I somewhat agree. I've had two episodes of it now. I was aware and unable to move, but I didn't feel scared. Just a little nervous but also quite certain it'd pass. I didn't have any hallucinations or feel any evil presences like some people do.

I think that if I have future episodes, I'll be able to enjoy them. It's kind of pleasant just being in your own mind for a little bit.

when you have the knowledge that it is mere illusion, and not demons or aliens or whatever, then you can just ride it passively like an amusement ride that you know will be done sooner or later.

you can also grab their pussies because they aren't even real

The last few times I've been aware of it was while I was drifting off to sleep. I remember feeling the muscle paralysis set in as being a pretty pleasant sensation.

It is not "sleep paralysis". It is an attack from an incubus or succubus.

Agree, I've never had sleep paralysis that was actually scary. Lots of fun really.

I just wish I could stay longer in the hypnagogic hallucination phase.

Get some good DTs or benzodiazepine withdrawal going. You could spend days unable to sleep but hallucinating constantly.
