I go downstairs and eat 3 slices of toast and a tomato cup-a-soup. Then I comb my hair, put on my coat and leave for work.

I wake up at 6:00 AM and immediately get in the shower. I brush my teeth while my conditioner is in. I then briskly towel dry ,lotion my face and arms/hand,s and cover myself with a thin dusting of body powder. After my scrubs are on, I put on deodorant and part my hair. I turn on my ipod so that I can listen to a podcast while I put on my shoes, name badge,and jewelry. Before I leave for work, I usually eat raisin bran or oatmeal.

I like the part where you immediately get into the shower. As soon as your feet touch the floor you break into a full sprint to the shower. I'd like to think you leave the water running all night so you don't even have to wait on that.
