Not only it will be overshadowed by Qingming AGAIN, I just heard that several relatives will be traveling AND having gatherings AND celebrating a birthday.

How do I stop myself from having a 精神崩潰?????? HELP!!!!!

Yes!!!!! It always overshadows my birthday. ALWAYS. It's usually a few days before or after, but a couple of years ago it fell on my EXACT birthday. I couldn't do s**t that day. My relatives were spending time together and having a gathering while I was isolated in my house due to superstition. According to superstition celebrating a birthday during Qingmimg and attending the gatherings is very bad luck for the birthday person. So yeah my birthday will forever be cursed by this FML
