It's a survival game with a hunger mechanic that is made redundant within 10 minutes of the game, because the first Pal you can catch, Chikipi, lays unlimited eggs.

Next you'll complain about the stamina bar that takes longer to fill if you over-exert yourself and start downloading mods to remove the survival elements. Don't act like you even care

eggs are an ingredient, not a food. additionally you must catch or breed a hundred chikipis and fuse them into one with good passives to get a decent supply of those eggs.
No you just take like 2 chikipis and put them in a ranch and have a penguin-powered coolbox to store them and a Firefox to cook them into fried eggs. Literally multiple hundreds of eggs and fried eggs by the time you get to level 15 tier

Nobody forced you to play that way. You claim to want a survival game, yet you are playing it like an idle game. Level 15 isn't 10 minutes in unless you've cheesed it by literally never leaving your base. Enjoy your chikipi% speedrun world record, nerd

food is supposed to restore hunger AND sanity, and fried eggs are lacking in both. if you do not secure better food you will waste all your time micromanaging a neetminichan simulator.

Bitch, I'm trying to create a town's beginnings, like how those towns in Pokémon had to first evolve.
Micromanagement is a part of that shit, faggot.
That's what the hot tub and beds are for. Literally two minutes after starting the game you walk into a area by a lovely pond which is
surrounded by unlimited spawning chicken and sheeps, and has an enormous supply of wood, stone and ore. I've got a nice little house built and a farm with two Chikipis, firefox, snowpenguin, antlerdeer and mole and my character wants for nothing. I've blatantly defeated the game straight away, there's no reason for me to move on.
