What are your thoughts? I feel more alert, and less groggy. I didn't realize you need to take so many. Such a scam. I dunno if I want to shell put $60 a month for these. Since they tell you exactly how much of each supplement is in it, I might just buy the powders and make my own.

I just got mine today so I have yet to notice anything. I probably will not sleep until the morning so I won't know about the lucid dreaming yet either. I was a little surprised by the recommended doses as well. Making your own would probably be cheaper. I figured I'd give them a try after listening to the episode with the guy who makes them. That fucking story about his ayahuasca trip was awesome.
