I used to swear by it but after the CEO waffled on the TOS changes a month ago it freaked me out a little. Personal opinion: sounded like they were re-wording it to imply our searches are their data - meaning they can feed LLMs or sell it or whatever. Firefox's core audience, although not very lucrative, are mostly fleeing from google/chrome takeover and this kind of nonsense is a very google thing to do.

I bailed - I'm on Falkon browser now.
