None. The constitution was a perfect and timeless document which should have been held as sacred and immutable. Any proposal to introduce an amendment to the Constitution should have been considered an act of treasonous rebellion and the person responsible executed.

The 13th is the worst, because they didn't ban slavery completely and made a big loophole.
The 3rd does exactly what it says though, respect to the authors. To this day I've never felt the pressure to provide food and housing to any passing soldiers.
