One thing I've noticed is that prebuilts always use RAM and SSD to cut cost a bit, even on really nice units like this. I guess they figure the buyer will move on (or upgrade) in a few years anyway.

SSD is the biggest culprit, Kingston doesn't have the highest endurance for TBW.
RAM is ok but Vengeance is get-you-in-the-door (pretty good but not top) and PC builders opt for 64GB since ram is relatively cheap now. Easy upgrade but most tasks probably won't use it - will concede that.
Again, not bad, but it's something I've noticed when pricing this stuff out at the box stores.
