Trust me, in mainland China, it's the same. Coke, Sprite, red wine, brandy, beer, and tea. Nothing else.

When I was in Hohhot inner Mongolia, we went to this upper market restaurant, our host se t out the waiter to get Chinese spirits

Even in regular restaurants ordering Pepsi will get you a literal can of Pepsi. They are low investment on sugary drinks (which is a shame because it works great for chasing down greasy food!).
