OK, you build your sand castle around it. it's a small explosive with accelerometers that detect the quick destruction of the sandcastle as with a kick from a miscreant. it'll blow the fucker's foot right off.

I had a similar invention, I called it the USAC, under-sand sandcastle anti-destruction core.

And it's basically a big thick concrete post that you bury into the sand and build your sandcastle over. They kick it and break their toes.
