I'm nothing but a nuisance, a burden on others, people aren't interested in interacting with me unless I've got something valuable to provide for them in return. Users of social media would only like to engage with me for my artistic work and technical skills, not for social interactions per se, they want to see me put in the effort. But who am I supposed to talk to if I'm currently unable to use my computer? What am I supposed to read that I don't know anything about in order to learn more, and will I even be able to memorize any of it?

Maybe it's just me, but it seems more like YouTube's become the go-to platform to get educated (on math, philosophy and science) than anywhere else on the Internet, most people won't even bother reading entire Wikipedia articles, audiovisual learning just seems effective for spastic ADHD-ridden zoomers these days, maybe I wouldn't really have a problem with it if it weren't for the fact that I'd have to deal with Google blocking all Invidious instances through bot verifications and preventing adblockers from working properly on their official website.

I'm on my bed, what am I supposed to? It's 8 AM. → Drink water. Stretch, yoga, walk. Write down plans. Read, work, do your chores. Prepare breakfast.
What should I read? → Self-help, skill-building… What would I plan? → Bills, research, priorities… What breakfast? → Eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, nuts, berries, bananas, toast, tea… What chores should one do? → Tidy, make the bed, clean surfaces, wash dishes, laundry, take out the trash, restock…
Overwhelmingly unmotivated, unintentionally losing weight, physically weaker, increased apathy, struggling with anhedonia…
