I'll be honest, I find statements like this as weird as anything from the anti-Asian troll.
There are billions of Asian women, even if we define "Asia" restrictively (East and South East Asia). It's a large grouping of countries, any one of which can be home to thousands of distinct cultures and ethnolinguistic groups.
It's like saying "white women are pretty and deferent". A woman in the deep American South, a working class Finnish woman, and a 20-something Kiwi lass probably shouldn't be grouped together.
Making sweeping statements (positive or negative) about millions or billions of women in dozens of countries with hundreds of cultures, languages, and identities is silly.
