Wanna explain this, OP?

Lots of people in India will not eat meat because they might end up eating a dead relative, that passed on to become a cow or chicken.
Christians still practice Cannibalism and are happy to eat the body of Jesus.

True. Don't they also not want to be cruel to animals?

They have proven plants have feelings. (Research has shown that plants can indeed respond to external stimuli and process information from their environment, demonstrating a level of sensitivity that could be interpreted as a form of "feeling" or awareness; for example, a sensitive plant like Mimosa pudica closing its leaves when touched is a clear reaction to a physical stimulus)

While Hinduism generally discourages eating meat, particularly beef, many Hindus do consume meat, with the key distinction being that most strictly avoid beef due to the cow's sacred status in their religion; however, practices can vary depending on caste, regional traditions, and individual beliefs, with some Hindus choosing to be vegetarian while others may eat other types of meat in moderation.

Plants don't have brains, so, if they feel pain, are they even aware of it? What about eating raw oysters? They don't have brains.

Web says:They are invertebrates, which means they lack a central nervous system and therefore do not possess brains.
So, when pressing teeth into a Raw Oyster and chewing it alive - It still could be the Re-birth of a Dead Indian.

And Indy how come you failed to reply to ANON B ?

I like them but I won't eat them in any month that has no R in it

The idea that oysters should only be eaten during months with the letter "r" is an outdated myth. Oysters are safe to eat year-round

I won't eat oysters in months where the water is warmer. I don't care if it's seen as a myth

that's an old myth from before refrigeration. You can eat them year round now.
