Lol, those are extremely inaccurate, and you can train yourself easily to appear to be telling the truth when your not. Not to mention being nervous at all makes you look guilty. Even if you are innocent, you are going to be nervous if you are accused of rape and hooked up to the machine.

It should have the same threshold as any other crime - unquestionable evidence of occurrence - and if the accuser is found to be lying beyond reasonable doubt (ie: accused was at one party and accuser was at another as proven by witness verification when the rape happened) she be given similar incarceration time and conditions - ie: sign up for a "false accuser" database for potential partners/coworker's/friend's protection and incarceration.

I dunno, but he seems to be headed somewhere with his world views. I'm never quite sure what he wants, beyond complaining, or trying to find sympathy.
