I'm honestly surprised they didn't whitelist Wikipedia only lol.
I have backup copies of GOG games for offline use myself ($2.49 on sale right now is a pretty good deal!). Load up a USB from home and you're golden! I had all kinds of shenanigans like this for my work laptop. Wifi off, game on 8).
