So I take some TP and use it to put the toilet seat down and I throw it in there to prevent splash. Then if constipated, I will do some breathing work instead of straining. I then wipes with TP once or twice before flushing. Depending on my luck, I will then proceed with the tp until one or two wet wipes will do the trick.

its good to just keep a gentle pressure on your anus/lowerinstininal muscles and let the poo gently and leisurely flow out as one long uninterrupted log than to go supersaiyan with it.
