Europe looks much more diverse than Africa, even if you exclude the African/Asian migrants and their descendents.

Hair and eye color is much more varied among indigenous Europeans.

Source: my own eyes. I have visited five African countries. The only real ethnic/genetic diversity in Africa is Arabs, and then that's really only in the North. The "rainbow nation" term for South Africa is a lie.
