Almost no one can get in because of EA's shitty servers being overloaded. Many of us don't even have the keys they promised twelve hours ago.
And support is non-existant. They'll just kick you out the the live chat after queuing for an hour and finally reaching your turn.

Outstanding.
Everything is as fluid as can be and everything is beautiful, even if the beta is locked to DX10 only. Destruction is great, even though there are few places to really get a feel for it on Métro
On the bad side, the game is a bit buggier than one would think, seeing as it's only a month until release. I've had a few graphical issues and even sunk into the ground a couple of times.
