its kinda sad that the digimon video games couldnt really get their shit together, the one game i played was so forgettable that i dont even remember which entry it was, nor the console it was produced for. i swear the literal ass web of evolution chains was more complex than the rest of the games combined.
its too bad gamefreak obtained such a strong monopoly over the monster catching genre, their currently patent-trolling the shit out of palworld to the point where i doubt its even possible for a new competitor to rise.
