It's not like I told a doctor. I just googled and apparently when you are in a shower, you should crank up the heat on that thing and make the showerhead have a look at the hemorrhoids, then you ever so gently try to assert some pressure on the top of it, without pain, there's not supposed to be pain and you gotta stop if that guy comes.
