Trying to stop transgender people from sterilizing themselves, and encouraging them to act heteronormatively would be the opposite of what an anti-trans eugenicist would do.
Letting the genes of those people die out, by allowing them to stop reproducing of their own volition would match the goals of an anti-trans eugenicist
