Topic: I guess apparently I can't leave the country.

La Reina Catalina !j0siCathyI started this discussion 1 year ago #123,498

Los Angeles county is apparently confiscating transgender individuals' personal documents when applying for a passport. There is no way in hell I'm allowing them to take my documentation, but that also means I can't get a U.S. passport in order for me to leave to the nation. Even if it's just for leisure.

I don't like this. This feels like a bad omen if this is the incentive not to get a passport. It feels like you have to now be an undocumented immigrate to another country if you want to get out before shit starts flying.

I'm honestly fucking scared.

My question is what would they arrested her for since 'being transgender' isn't illegal (yet). And 'gender dysphoria' is still a medical diagnosis. This sounds like grounds for a massive lawsuit.

My question is that this still sounds illegal and could land them in hot water. The American justice system is a complete mess, but I know this messy allows for all sorts of lawsuits. If it didn't then Trump wouldn't have several against him already both in 2024 and back in 2016. I just want to know what to do to better prepare myself for the next four years and to make sure my documentations aren't confiscated. I'm also going to make several copies of them in case they try to erase this from existence.

If the American justice system is completely pointless then how come a civil courts judge was able to completely block a transgender woman from being transferred to a men's prison facility?
There are little caveats like that which could end up saving the day.

That's the thing though. This sounds like a massive legal gray area since the documentation would reflect the person's identifying gender. A.k.a. a federal form that reflects said gender. There would also be a court order form too.
Isn't this a legal gray area?

Doesn’t the birth certificate keep track of conception at birth? Isn’t that the purpose of the document? If the changes reflect that on the document then how the fuck do they know what the sex is at birth without at least a court order to prove that. I think a few states that allow for alterations actually removes the original document.

And any local court judge can still make another call that sends it back to the Supreme Court. I think I remember this happening once. This could create a problem.

None of that nonsense in those tweets reflects the actual process of getting a U.S. Passport. You don't walk away with a passport after handing in your application. Red hair is a recessive genetic trait caused by mutations in the melanocortin 1 receptor (MC1R) gene. This gene is located on chromosome 16.
Red hair variants in the MC1R gene likely first appeared in ancient humans 30,000–80,000 years ago

Yes, but the federal government isn't required to follow the sex recorded by a state.

They can prove someone is trans if they have a record of a gender change request at the federal agency.

It's so very simple. US for a Passport requires proof of Birth. They must see your Birth Certificate. On Catalina's Cert it says Born Male
In filling out the form for the Passport you have to check one of two boxes re Sex. IF you lie on that form you could go to prison. For sure you would be denied a Passport for the rest of your life.
Catalina and other pretenders of some other sex, get all upset when they are forced to comfort the truth.
In USA one can pretend to be the other sex or even pretend to be an Animal or even a Virus with two legs.

I have always supported the specific person in its right to role play and dress as it wishes and role on paint, to look as it wants to look.
Remember mc member Fox. I totally was ok with Fox wanting to role play a Fox.
Now bottom line on topic is what He and other LGBTqxyz encounter, when they insist on the US Gov approving of some other random sex.

Catherine can get a Passport and Leave the country. He can even go to Mexico with the Correct California DMV that does require proof of citizenship with a birth certificate. He can even have it say female because California allows it.
dw you're triggered and hey that's ok with me.

While "genetic fuckup" is a needlessly offensive way to term it, it's nevertheless a factually accurate description.

If it’s natural then it’s not a fuck up, you dumb cunt. That’s speech that only eugenicists tend to use trying to perfect and build upon what is already there in nature. Generic fuck ups imply it’s not natural but the very existence of it implies that it was pre-existing likely before humans in other species. Henceforth it’s natural. And if it’s natural then it’s something created by God. Why do you say God’s creation is a fuck up?

God? I know this much about God. God is also a concept. Your God made Man out of plain dirt. He made Eve out of Adams Rib. Your God gave man only one option for reproduction INCEST.
So many Gods so little time. I defer to the Hindus or Buddhists as a more better alternative. And of course a Reminder. Your God created two options for Sexual ID - Man and Woman.

I am a spiritual person. American Indians have some interesting ideas about the creation of our planet.
I totally believe the basis for the bible re God is just handed down fairy tails. Perhaps just as valid as Cinderella.

You're using the same word to describe curing diseases as you are for ethnic genocide. Equivocation isn't clever.
