I have been on it for a week now. The first 5 days I suffered with explosive diarrhea and now I haven't shit for 2 days and it feels like I have a bowling pin lodged in my colon. I'm officially off that stupid diet! I hope I can shit soon.

I'll never advise this diet to anyone. I felt like I had all kinds of inflammation in my guts! Everything is just now starting to come back to normal.

Odd, I've noticed the exact opposite, more meat and animal products=less inflammation. A lot of soluble fibre with it is important as well though.

I don't eat much refined sugar in the first place and all of mine was coming in thru carbs I think when I cut out things like my fruit in the mornings and beans at night it fucked my gut up. Also the grease from the meat might have been the culprit too. Sugar has a huge effect on inflammation. Maybe you was eating to much of it and cutting it out totally might have worked for you?
