The viewing figures aren't there anymore and the writers run out of ideas 10 seasons ago. The episodes are still watchable though. I kind of want it to end only because I think the final episode of The Simpsons would be amazing.

I am curious about the demographic. I came a tick later to the party and remember Southpark and Family Guy and such in their first seasons though but, I dunno, I guess I don't 'get' adult animation. Maybe it's the Rick and Morty crowd that killed it for me. Maybe I just got old. Kids still watch that stuff?? The jokes are kinda funny but it's a lot of filler to line up a joke 6 minutes later or whatever.
