Do you like the advertisements on the ring mat at WWE live events?
It annoyed me when it was PRIME energy drinks, but now they're varying it up. They are also making it look very subtle and not stand out so I can't say I have that much of a problem with it.
New Japan Pro Wrestling and even mixed martial arts promotions like the UFC do exactly this so I'm not too phased by WWE decided to go this route with their advertising strategies.

I realize it's what keeps these things going, but it's the same issue I have with racing, fishing, sports... all of it. It's slathered in ads, then the cable packages are expensive to watch it (also the seats to watch it live, or buying jerseys, etc).
The one time a year some guy gets punched or slapped at the bar is enough excitement for me (and only costs me the price of a beer).
