Cops should be resisted. Shot when possible (you need to get away with it, part of the solution requires no justice. The preventers of justice must live in fear. Until cops know they will be made to answer for their crimes, they won't stop murdering, abusing, and unlawfully arresting innocents.

I welcome violence against cops. All cops. I feel like if someone walked up to a cop in front of their children and shot them in the head execution style, a gold thing was done. That cop would have arrested innocent people. That cop would have killed someone because they were having a bad day. sounds good though. like they killed that guy. are we complicit for not intervening? or just pragmatic? pragmatism explains not intervening in the short term, but can one not plan the destruction of the state in the long term and not be considered complicit?
If you see someone about to shoot someone and you dont intervene, fair enough; you'd probably just die too. But if you don't report the crime or attempt to bring the killer to justice in some way, you are somewhat complicit.

This is true. I can only speak for why I do not do anything, but occasionally post about stuff on the Internet: I dont really care.
Sure, I think the cop who maced those women should have been immediately arrested, but I know the outcome (he will just have his behavior reinforced by the city commending him. It wouldn't even go to trial), so any attempts at seeking justice seem futile to me.
I'm not gonna get involved. I have a hard enough time waking up to go to work.
If I knew them it would be different, but I don't.

He's been identified as Deputy Inspector Anthony V. Bologna of the NYPD Patrol Borough Manhattan South, who isn't a stranger to this kind of thing. And was promoted after his last incident.
The Guardian is reporting tonight that Deputy Inspector Anthony Bologna also stands accused of false arrest and civil rights violations in a claim brought by a protester involved in the 2004 demonstrations at the Republican National Convention. Then, 1,800 people were arrested during protests against the Iraq war and the policies of president George W Bush. Alan Levine, a civil rights lawyer representing a protester at the event, told the Guardian that he filed an action against Bologna and another officer in 2007. The case is expected to be heard next year.
The chief police spokesman, Paul Browne, said that the policeman used pepper spray "appropriately."
