I just finished the game today, actually. There are a lot of different levels, most of which look similar to one another. So no, I don't know which one that is from just one or two images. Regardless, the blue gel you circled here: @221,692 (C) doesn't look important. Just find a place where you can get some momentum, go through the blue portal you placed, out the angled platform, and onto the catwalk. Derp?
