The only thing I don’t get about the yakuza though, is they cut fingers off as punishment for being bad at being a yakuza. So if you see an older tough Japanese man missing half his fingers, that’s because he’s an OG. But then it’s like… he’s missing his fingers because he was bad at being a yakuza so why would you ever hire him to do anything? It doesn’t make sense.
