The more I come to a realization that in a couple more generations, the need for parents will no longer be necessary. I don’t think this will happen for Generation Beta, but this could very much be a defining trait for Generation Gamma or Generation Delta.
I hear nine-year-olds talking like fucking 20-year-olds. The human race is advancing to a point where parenting is about to become archaic. I can’t even imagine what it’s like to not have my mom and my dad coaching me through life. But I have a feeling this is something that will just be normal in the future.
What the fuck? How are kids getting smarter and smarter? Even smarter than today’s adults.

It's because they are regurgitating canned responses.
The hivemind effect is stronger than ever with net access, but those kids can't manage to understand basic elements of reasoning. They contradict themselves constantly and when someone disagrees with them they think the appropriate response to yell or get passive aggressive.

This response is multifaceted. The internet has a huge impact on children nowadays, but the internet is also home to various different communities. If anything the expression, "It takes a tribe to raise a child," is prevalent here. Kids tend to reason better than adults do. I met kids who made me feel inferior compared to my own reasoning skills. I can't imagine what these kids will be like as an adult.

My parents generation had problems, but they believed in using reason in a discussion and almost all of them thought free speech was good and censorship was a tool used by people who couldn't defend their beliefs properly.
My generation saw that eroded, but it was still the prevailing view.
This new generation is openly in favor of censorship, bad faith engagement, intimidation, and more of them than not will advocate violence to prop up their worldview.
