I work with a few of them and they never quite break free of their day job like they swear they are. One guy was huge into MLM and collective product buys (invest thousands, "save" thousands on purchases). He tied up a ton of money in this crap so his wife had to get a job to even things out. Another gambled on a pump-n-dump group scheme and they'd tell you when to buy and sell (depending on how many people recruited under you was when you got the signal) - got greedy and moved on to Forex and Crypto for more gains. Guy currently demoted for showing up without sleeping and trading all day on his phone instead of working - I assume he lost all of it, he was trading on margin.

Better than the other side (she was threatening to play hardball with the billionaires). But it's already baked into the market - too late to buy that news. Bond funds already had their run up last year too.
