McDonald's is a balanced diet that can meet your macro goals if you buy the right items.

Widespread belief that McDonald's is unhealthy isn't the same thing as actually being unbalanced. What specifically do you think is unhealthy about a McMeal?

You sure are obsessed with Trump. Have you ever considered going outside and touching grass, instead of sitting at home posting shtick?

It used to be fast food was bad and greasy. The last 20+ years or so they cleaned up the greasy part (most chains) but it's still high calorie (makes humans fat).

High calorie is still up to the customer, you can choose to only buy 2000-2500 calories per day. Making food fast doesn't say anything about the health effects.

It's all processed and full of salt, sugar, fat, and cholesterol. Even their salad dressings are like that. Tell me what a healthy, balanced McMeal looks like, please.

> It's all processed

That's meaningless, running a potato through a slicer makes it "processed", but the nutritional content hasn't changed at all. Processed tells you absolutely nothing about whether the food is healthy or unhealthy.

> full of salt, sugar, fat

Fat is one of the three essential macro nutrients you need to eat every day. There is a myth in America that fat makes you fat and should be avoided, but any dietician could tell you that it's vital for fat to make up 1/4 to 1/3 of your diet.

Too much sugar is bad, but just skip the soda.

McChicken, unsweetened tea, and maybe some fries.

Transfat, tons of sugar, cholesterol, and sodium, and lots of artificial chemicals in all the sauces. Also, little to no real, fresh vegetables or fiber. Not healthy.

Supersize Me was a fraud. He got everything, even the most unhealthy supersized drinks and sweet pies, went home and secretly drank excessive amounts of alcohol without filming. Alcohol is packed full of calories and will ruin your health, that was the culprit. The fraud movie attacked an American institution.

> Transfat

I'm don't engage with hateful people.

For anyone following, here's the wrapup: "processed foods" means nothing at all. Fat should be a third of your diet according to experts. Toxic levels of soda and alcohol are responsible for obesity.
