The names are loaded terms.

truscum / "true scum" because they are the bad ones. believe in materialist root of identity and dysphoria.

tucute / "too cute" because they have a spiritual idealistic belief in gender not rooted in physical reality.

Gender ideology has always been idealistic, not materialistic. It is inherently faith based and reactionary.

That's not what the difference is between the two views. You can see this as a lifelong medical issue, which would explain why they "have always known".

The question isn't whether they're lying, it's a matter of whether it's explained medically and with a materialist framework or instead by using woo woo language and taking the expression literally as if souls find bodies.

Also, most truscum believe you need to have gendered dysphoria to be trans ans tucutes don't think that is a necessary diagnostic requirement
