Click Create > Creation > Text2Img > write a prompt > Generate
You can tap to replace the default model (Stable Diffusion XL) with something else. Some models are great, some are terrible, some are specifically geared towards faces or cars or porn or anime or trees or whatever.
You can add a LoRA, which is like an adapter/detailer, to get things like realistic faces or better hands or a certain style.
You can see other people's posts at https://tensor.art/posts and if you like one, hit Remix to get its prompts/settings which you can then tweak.
It takes a lot of fiddling but when you get it right the output is much better than ChatGPT and without the moralfaggotry.

Yeah that aspect is cancer. Every platform related to image generation eventually goes that way. CivitAI is another site that hosts text-to-image models, and it's 75% anime/furry shit you have to wade through (or celebrity deepfake crap). Sucks.
