Depends what part of the body. Raw or uncooked? I would rather eat a child than an older human.

Pork is very similar to human flesh, it's why it is taboo in many religions. Also eating human flesh exposes you to many diseases.

Depends on the circumstances. If I was offered a plate of human flesh, I'd obviously decline. If it was synthetic flesh, maybe I would eat a little. And if I was going to die if I didn't eat it, I would definitely eat it.
