A 33-year-old illegal migrant who set a stranger on fire on a New York City subway told officers he was drunk at the time and couldn't remember it.
Police said Zapeta-Cali,l lit the unnamed passenger on fire as she slept on board the train before sitting back to watch her burn as she leaned dying on the carriage door.
Zapeta-Calil can even be seen fanning the flames in one clip while other New Yorkers filmed the horror on their phones and cops walked on by.
Zapeta-Calil was in the country illegally after previously being deported at the Arizona border in June 2018. It's unclear how he got back into the US.
This ASSHOLE was homeless and now has a home for the rest of his life in Prison.

No human is illegal! He boosted the economy too - now his long prison stay will increase GDP, not to mention the burned lady's funeral, which will also increase GDP.
Looking of definition of illegal.
adjective
contrary to or forbidden by law, especially criminal law.
In 2021, the New York City Comptroller revealed the cost of incarceration has grown to more than $556,000 per person each year. That's over $1,500 each day to lock up just one person.Jan 17, 2024
Given this is a drain on the economy - That is a Negative with regard to GDP. Also if in fact the woman burned was homeless than it will cost the city of New York money.

Racist NOT.
One thing is for sure. Looking at foods of his country - He will live the rest of his life without a single example of his home towns cuisine.

Just poking my head in to see how the progressive policies are working out for the blue states. Maybe he just needed another hug and a 'hand up, not a hand out.'
