Acting President Harris was the 47th POTUS for about 18 minutes. The first female president. When Biden woke up from his colonoscopy he became the 48th POTUS for a moment until the people realized he was still unfit for office, at which point Former President Harris became the 49th POTUS. She did not win her bid for reelection and President Trump was elected as the 50th POTUS. Thanks.

Three vice presidents have briefly acted as president under the 25th Amendment:
George H. W. Bush on July 13, 1985; Dick Cheney on June 29, 2002, and on July 21,

Impeachment is not required for presidential succession to take place. Biden is unfit for office, that is a fact which was established in a U.S. court; making Kamala the current US President.
