A lot of black people grew up in that culture. It's hard to remove that part of yourself

There's a subset of country music right now that's being pushed hard by the suits. Other examples include Morgan Wallen and Walker Hayes - both have some bangers but there is a lot of R&B/rock/Pop smashed into the packages too (not good). It's not as bad as that autotune country from 7 or 8 years ago (glad that died), I'm hoping this trend dies too, it's absolutely not organic and it shows.
