He now has a super high priced attorney that implies she is ready to defend him as guilty as all fuck. She is planning on using the sick in the head + Mentally Ill defense. In New York for such a defense he has to admit GUILT. Here is his Jail Cell - Living the life of luxury with 3 meals a day inside his cell - No TV to distract him and so far no time outside of his cell.

Why are you throwing this out as a gotcha, the guy got found with ten fake IDs, the gun and a manifesto about why he did it obviously he's not going to say it wasn't him that did it

Yep the fake ID's and his handwritten note that admits guilt and even proving his mental awareness that a Bomb would be useful, yet make for a mess with near by persons.
Fingerprints and DNA - Multi degreed but was in more need to watch Law and Order and other movies re being more careful.
