I sometimes watch YouTube reaction videos about young people hearing certain songs for the first time and reacting to them. Usually, they are hearing '80s and '90s songs. I wonder how they really could not know about these bands and songs. I mean, I was nowhere near born in, say, the 1930s, but I know who Ella Fitzgerald was. I think a general musical education is important, even if the music was before your time, and even if it's not your favorite genre. Am I wrong?

This one might be take 2 or 3, you can see his eyebrow twitch a little at the 11 second mark that gives it away. I think it may not be 100% honest reaction as a "first time watching."
