Who doesn’t love casserole? They are a staple of American cuisine, and it’s no wonder, as they are a moreish centerpiece to any meal. Munch on this gourmet Ramen Casserole Crunch with the fam, or add a little spicy twist to this recipe and open a bag of Chili Tortilla chips.

Ingredients

3 packs of instant ramen
2 cups of shredded American cheese
1 can of Campbell’s™ Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup of crushed Old El Paso™ Salted Tortilla Chips
Optional: 1 jar of hot dogs, pre-sliced

Method:

1. Prepare the ramen according to instructions on the packet, but take them out before completion so they retain some crunch.

2. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with a splash of milk and water, then whisk briskly to create the mushroom sauce.

3. Assemble the ramen in the base of a greased casserole dish. Top with the frozen vegetables and hot dogs, then cover with the mushroom sauce.

4. Throughly cover with the shredded American cheese and crushed tortilla chips.

5. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is browned and bubbling.

Expert Tip:

This meal pairs very well with box wine or soda, providing a gourmet experience at a budget-friendly price point.

Must admit I love Ramen - Restaurant real Ramen does not even resemble the packaged kind. However I also like the package types but I do NOT cook the noodles to death per instructions.
What you have is probably tasty.
