I've been a Star Wars fan for the longest time, but even I started getting tired with the oversaturation of the franchise since it was acquired by Disney. On one hand, it is great to have an expanded universe continue through shows and films, but when those shows and films feel unnecessary it kind of makes you yearn for the days of Legends.
However, Skeleton Crew looks like it's something different and unique for the franchise. I thought this was supposed to be a movie, but turns out, it's just another show. Yet a show that feels like it finally offers something new and exciting for the franchise.
