Just told him to instead stop being a moron and realize other people are allowed to work too. Seemed to work.

Also a banana pallet fell down, in some kind of accident which also made another pallet fall down. We were so close to leaving early.

Either they figure it out or they don't. I wasn't until I hit my 30's that I realized that other people can be competent in their fields and let them do their own work. I was one of those 'hot shit' types and everyone else was an idiot.
